Scratch Coding Grades 3-5

Have you ever wanted to use code to create your own video games? In this course, students will use 'scratch' to build and edit algorithms for simple games. The programme is designed to help learners develop skills in writing their own algorithms, as well as editing and debugging existing codes. Sessions aspire to be fun and constructive, as learners will be creating their own electronic games. Upon completion of the programme, learners will be able to program an algorithm used to create instructions in a game. This will provide them with useful foundations for those interested in gaming, or a future in computer coding.
